How fast do you ship? Orders placed before 2pm CT ship same day. Free US shipping arrives in 2–5 business days.
What's your return policy? Returns are accepted for defective devices only — there's no trial period and we don't take change-of-mind returns. If a device arrives damaged, arrives dead or develops a fault, email us with your order number and photos: we send a prepaid return label and repair, replace or refund it.
Is red light therapy safe? Yes. Our devices are non-invasive, drug-free and FDA-registered. We include eye protection and a clear usage guide.
Do you offer wholesale? We do — for clinics, gyms and studios. Pick "Wholesale / commercial" above and our team will reach out.
How do I use HSA/FSA? Most of our devices are HSA/FSA eligible. Check out as normal and use your card, or request an itemized receipt.
